Tailored Demo Week 3
A working demo built on your business — your job types, your approval chains, your rules — running on safe synthetic data. You keep the video for internal buy-in.
Deploy Weeks 4–6
Week 4: intern mode — reads everything, suggests nothing. Week 5: coach mode — suggests, your supervisor approves every one. Week 6: calibrate and expand to the team.
Grow Month 2+
Weekly check-ins the first month, monthly after. Add co-workers — quotes, POs, invoices, inventory, a daily brief — as measured demand justifies them.
What we'll need from you
Email access
Read-only OAuth to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — no passwords shared.
Accounting access
QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent.
Job system access
Your ERP or job tracker — read-only is enough to start.
A supervisor
One person, ~2 hours a week, who reviews suggestions and teaches the rules.
